Hadidi receives Academic Faculty Award from NACNS

Professor Niloufar Hadidi, PhD, APRN, ACNS-BC, FAHA, was awarded the 2026 Academic Faculty Award from the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists (NACNS).

The annual award recognizes a NACNS member for outstanding contributions as a clinical nurse specialist (CNS) faculty member. Recipients demonstrate a commitment to preparing CNS students with educational excellence and innovation. 

Hadidi serves as the coordinator of the adult/gerontology clinical nurse specialist specialty and holds the Long Term Care Professorship in Nursing. Her current research addresses racial disparities in stroke prevention and care in African American communities. Hadidi has previously served in leadership roles in NACNS and as president of the Minnesota affiliate of NACNS.

Hadidi received the award at the 2026 Annual NACNS Conference in San Diego, California in March.
