Planting Seeds of Innovation Conference equips leaders to navigate complex change

The 2026 Planting Seeds of Innovation Conference on April 24 will equip future-ready leaders with the strategic skills to navigate complex change and drive innovation in a rapidly evolving world. 

Whitney Line, DNP, RN, PHN, Healthcare Innovation and Insights lead for Solventum, will deliver the keynote The Alignment Advantage: Leadership and Innovation in Complex Systems

Sessions will explore empowering nursing leadership for planetary health, nursing leadership in policy, personalized policy advocacy and leadership's role in driving wellbeing and sustainable health care.

The Planting Seeds of Innovation Conference will be held on April 24 at the Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub, 45 W. 10th St., St. Paul. Registration before April 11 receives a discounted rate of $145 ($60 for students). Learn more and register at z.umn.edu/PlantingSeeds

The Katharine J. Densford International Center for Nursing Leadership is co-hosting the event with M Health Fairview. The first Planting Seeds of Innovation workshop was held in 2015 in partnership with M Health Fairview.
