Preparing Heart and Mind

Supporting parents during an uncertain time - when there are concerns about a baby’s health before and after birth. The care program includes a mobile app designed for a pregnant person and their caregiving partner (for example, a spouse, partner, or grandparent).

PrimeTime

Prime Time is an 18-month youth development program designed to prevent early pregnancy among vulnerable teens. Prime Time combines one-on-one case management and peer educator group sessions, delivered in tandem.

SNAPSHOT

SNAPSHOT stands for Students, Nurses and Parents Seeking Healthy Options Together. The SNAPSHOT team works together with the goal of helping kids make healthy choices when it comes to what they eat, how to be active and how much time to spend using screens, like watching TV and playing video games.

TeleFamilies

The overall objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a tele-health care coordination and case management nursing intervention for children with complex special health care needs.

Trading Sex and Sexual Exploitation among High School Students

Data from the 2019 Minnesota Student Survey. This is the first population-based prevalence estimate of high school students who report trading sex for something of value (including trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation).
