Sarah McCarthy, DNP, APRN, CNP

Dr. Sarah McCarthy is a Clinical Assistant Professor with extensive experience in emergency and critical care nursing. She coordinates the developing postgraduate AGACNP certificate program while maintaining clinical practice as a Neurocritical Care Nurse Practitioner at University of Minnesota Medical Center.

Dr. McCarthy's clinical scholarship focuses on critical care nursing, with emphasis on wellness restoration, secondary prevention of acute disease, and promoting ease for critically ill patients and their caregivers.
