Bio
Megan Voss, DNP, RN, is a Clinical Associate Professor and the Integrative Health and Healing DNP program specialty coordinator in the School of Nursing. Additionally, she is the Director of Education, the Director of Graduate Studies and an Associate Professor at the Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality & Healing. Dr. Voss’ clinical experience is in the speciality areas of oncology, integrative health, and mental health. She is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Her research focuses on better understanding the incidence of mental illness and factors that impact quality of life in people diagnosed with the rare and life-limiting disease Fanconi Anemia.
Dr. Voss has been practicing integrative nursing in the areas of hematology, oncology, and blood and marrow transplant for nine years. She has experience working with both adults and children to palliate symptoms during and after cancer treatment. Dr. Voss has additional training and interest in the areas of nutrition and supplements in oncology, mindfulness, clinical hypnosis, and Reiki.
