Doctor of Nursing Practice students in the nurse anesthesia specialty hosted an ice cream social at The Pillars of Prospect Park, a senior living community in Minneapolis.

Doctor of Nursing Practice students, including the psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner students, were on campus for DNP Enhancement and Enrichment Programming (DEEP) Week in September.

The school celebrated the graduation of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice and PhD students at the commencement ceremony in May.

Sophomore students in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program and first-year Master of Nursing students, whose programs both expanded this year, were welcomed into the nursing profession at a ceremony in September.

The University of Minnesota is well represented on the statewide Minnesota Student Nurses Association with, from left, Lily Allison serving as secretary/treasurer, Rebecca Arneson serving as convention co-chair, Mahlate Belete serving as convention co-chair, Sydney Godkin serving as co-president, Tyler Pham serving as co-president, Douglas Lee serving as communications co-director and Vivian Le serving as regional co-director.

The school welcomed the BSN Class of 2029 to campus in August.
