Applicants to the Population Health Informatics and Technology Certificate must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of a baccalaureate degree in health-related field
• 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
• If your native language is not English, you must demonstrate English language proficiency based upon the University of Minnesota Graduate School requirements

Applicants to the Population Health Informatics and Technology Certificate must provide the following materials:

• A current resume or curriculum vitae must be uploaded to the online application
• One letter of recommendation 
• All post-secondary transcripts
• English language proficiency, if applicable
