The Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual Assault (MNCASA) named the Minnesota Youth Sex Trading (MYST) Project the recipient of its Ally Award. The MYST Project, led by Associate Professor Lauren Martin, PhD, and Associate Professor Barb McMorris, PhD, is a leader in analyzing data from the Minnesota Student Survey, providing insight into the intersections, realities, and risk factors of Minnesota youth who are at risk of or are already trading sex.

“MYST has been an invaluable partner to MNCASA, creating engaging digital content that outlines the intersections of sexual violence, trading, and risk factors and collaborating with Safe Harbor Protocol Teams across the state to build capacity for virtual engagement,” stated MNCASA in announcing the award.
